Director of Operation
Pindad Global Sources and Trading is the subsidiary company of PT. Pindad, established in 2016
and located in Bandung and Jakarta. This company is a trading and general contractor company
specialising in defence and security, industrial, electrical, telecommunication, and trains.
Ridi Djajakusuma sat as the Director of Operation from 2018 to 2019. His role was:
- Strategically searching for new potential business and new business relations to help
the other directors in the company. Discuss with management and perform monitoring
to ensure that the company moves toward its vision in accordance with its missions
stated in the Annual Meeting. - Responsible for motivating the team to reach the annual sales target by formulating,
implementing, evaluating and developing marketing and sales strategies. - Strategically looking for new potential business and new business relations to help
the other directors in the Company. Discuss with management, monitor, and ensure
that the company moves toward its vision in accordance with its missions stated
in the Annual Meeting. - Maintaining trustworthy professional relationships with existing as well as prospective
clients, in order to promote products and maintain/improve client satisfaction and loyalty. - International Relations and International Affairs.
