Chief Opertaing Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Ridi Djajakusuma is responsible for the daily operation of the
ASEAN Basketball League. He reports directly to team owners and the CEO. He oversees several
divisions, including the TV division, Team Operation division, Marketing division, Administrative
Division, Finance and Accounting Division, as well as the Sponsorship division.
Ridi is also responsible for ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective.
He is in charge of developing the company’s strategy/mission statement to staff, and implementing
appropriate recognition to align personnel with company goals. He set yearly budgets, monitored
income, reviewed sales reports, and adjusted sales activities or expenses to better meet budget goals.
