Vice President of Export
PT Pindad is an Indonesian state-owned enterprise specialising in military and commercial products.
Pindad provides armaments and munitions for the Indonesian National Armed Forces and other uniformed
agencies to support the defence and security capabilities of the Republic of Indonesia.
Ridi Djajakusuma sat as the Vice President of Export from 2016 to 2017. His role was:
- Responsible for motivating the team to reach the annual sales target by formulating, implementing, evaluating and developing marketing and sales strategies.
- Monitoring every process of receiving contract of sale starting from request for quotations up to sales contract is signed.
- Coordinate with relevant division in order to fulfill all client’s inquiries.
- Monitoring the status of product, and request for shipments if the product is available.
- Coordinate with client’s billing.
- Maintaining trustworthy professional relationship with the existing as well as prospective clients, to promote products and maintain/improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assess the market potential in each of the key countries.
- International Relations and International Affairs.
